You retain full ownership of all data you input into our software. Tachyonic Labs does not claim ownership of your business data. We process your data only as necessary to deliver our services, as described in our Privacy Policy. Upon termination of your account, you may export your data prior to the account closure date.
All content, software, interfaces, trademarks, logos, and materials associated with Tachyonic Labs and its products are the exclusive property of Tachyonic Labs (Pvt) Ltd or its licensors, protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from our website or software may be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.
We endeavor to maintain high availability of our services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. We will provide advance notice of planned downtime where reasonably possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tachyonic Labs (Pvt) Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the subscription only as agreed upon in the signed agreement or contract between the parties. Tachyonic Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms and Conditions or engage in conduct that is harmful to us, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your license to use the software will immediately cease.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
